Unique Structural Design

Different from conventional integrated tunnel fans, the multi-stage series fan adopts a flange-based modular assembly structure, composed of multiple independent single-stage ventilation units. All impellers rotate in the same direction, with precision intermediate guide vanes installed between each stage. The guide vane system effectively rectifies swirling airflow, eliminates internal turbulence and flow loss, and guarantees every impeller unit operates within a high-efficiency aerodynamic range.

Field expandability is the most distinctive feature of this fan. Contractors can assemble 1-stage, 2-stage or multi-stage units according to real-time tunneling progress. As the tunnel extends, additional modular units can be directly spliced on-site to achieve gradual wind pressure superposition. The fan must operate with complete cylinder assembly, and incomplete or empty-stage operation is strictly prohibited.
